    Asked for no onion on my turkey bacon ranch sandwich when going through the drive thru. They added onions, which make me sick. Went back through the drive thru and was told I had to speak to the manager. Got to the window and tried to give the manager my sandwich back, which only had one bite out of it. Manager rudely said I just need your receipt and then asked said did you really ask for no onion? Told her I did and she said well, we must not have heard you. And then wantedt the sandwich back. No apology or smile, just rudeness and acting irritated. The girl at the window was super sweet though.

    If large families are not welcome in the drive through they should have a sign. Instead the manager decided to be rude while I was picking up my order. I have a family of 7, and in this case we had just traveled back home from Ohio State Hospital with my post stroke mother. My bad for looking for convenience. I have never had such an awful experience in my life. They do not have to worry about large orders from me anymore! I hope they put a sign up, if they cant accommodate large families then that is okay! Putting a sign up at the drive through is the appropriate and professional business move. Not rushing up to the window to chastise my husband. The rudeness from the manager was completely unnecessary 👎

    How is it that twice now I have gone to this outlet of Arby's and they are out of roast beef isn't that what their whole menu is centered around WTH
