- JCjustin cooper2 days ago1.0Ive ordered take out multiple times from this place and every time they've had problems. First time they gave me a bowl of just rice and I had to bring it back to get my actual food. Second time they took 15 min to come to the window to just hand me my food and the last time I ordered take out to pick up from inside (because of my experience with the window) and instead of using the "pick up" shelf next to the counter they just throw all the to go orders together next to the drive through window. Worker was doing an interview right next to me and instead of taking 10 sec to go get my food she watched me stand there for 10-15 min until an older lady walked up and she immediately asked her what her name was got her food and sat back down....never saying a word to me until I asked her if she was going to get my food. Worst service of any restaurant in town (except for the older lady she was very kind and helpful)

Multiple people left out of line while waiting. Nothing was said about the wait, no apology or anything.

Rarely if ever get what you order (like double protein etc), always skimp on product, and ordering online can make it twice as bad. Employees could really care less as well. If you are really craving it, have at it, if there are any other options, wait to eat Chipotle at a different location.
