  Everytime have come to this restaurant it has been not good. On this time the guy cooking said it would be a minute before they get to us we said ok. Then guy comes over and said we can't serve you because there is only 3 of us we are only doing online orders. So we can't sever you'll have to go somewhere else. Ok fine with us. Buffalo wild wings it is.

  Waited in line for over 30 minutes. The moment it was my time to give my order, I’m told they won’t be taking orders for “quite some time” due to online orders. Completely unreasonable way to handle customers. Also, lots of flies in the restaurant. I’d steer clear of this place

  We decided to try it again. The food was good. We did wait in line for quite a while against the glass wall but the gentleman wasn't doing bad s multiple customers ordered multiple bowls to go. I did not, however, find it necessary,nor did I appreciate hearing him cursing loudly because no one is helping him at the line. The restaurant was not clean. I saw 3 workers. I thought perhaps they had a skeleton crew and had just gotten slammed. However,when the restaurant cleared out while we were eating, absolutely no one went round to clean. No one came around to the front by the soda machine to pick any of the trash up that was laying around when we sat down. They made no effort to clean anything the whole time. All tables were dirty. When we left there were 5 workers. One would think SOMEONE would do their job and clean. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and it will be my last. Hot head burritos is much cleaner.

  Just went through and bought my wife and I lunch. The younger guy behind the counter was extremely rude to the gentleman ahead of us. The man wanted a quesadilla the guy behind the counter told him he had to order that online. He walked off for a second very impatiently then walked back and said okay man so what are we doing? The guy ordered his food my wife was next he was very angry and aggressive slamming things and tossing things giving the smallest portion possible so we had to pay for double . Then came my food where I specifically asked him to put lettuce sour cream then cheese. Instead he put the lettuce on the very top which wasn’t a big deal but when he realized I was like what are you doing guy he put the lid on my food flipped it upside down shook it and put it in the bag. The lady older man and younger girl were very nice but I believe his name is Brady was very rude.

  This is the worst Chipotle ever. Arrived when it was daylight and was 5th in line. By the time I ordered my food and sat down, it was dark. Being 5th inline and it taking 45 minutes to sit down is crazy. The store was dirty, all trash bins full, and food was disgusting ( rice cold ). No ice and all soda was flat. Then I had to listen to the workers complain and curse at each other - nice. Horrible……will never be back. The fact I paid $20 for horrible service and food is crazy.
