  No guac, no cheese, no cilantro lime sauce, no peppers and onions, and the honey chipotle chicken was weird, to say the least. The portions were small, until we said something. I'm talking dude tried to give us a whisper of rice. Come on! That's the cheapest ingredient! And this was at 1130 in the morning, so I know I didn't come in right after a rush. The workers were kind enough, but there was only one person moving like they had a purpose and the line behind me was loooong. When we went to go grab a table, many of them were dirty, seemingly from the night before because, like I said, it was early. They couldn't have been open long. Idk who is running this joint, but they're doing a poor job.

  I came to the location with 2 other adults (50's). At 7 pm. The wait was short. There was short. There was no steak no carne no peppers or onions no sprite no lemonade. The place was a disaster. Nevertheless we all ordered steak burritos. The guy making them had no idea what he was doing. When he went to wrap the tortillas it looked like he was wadding up a bag of trash. I feel really sorry for whomever invested if that franchise.

  The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Dirty would be an understatement. Food all over the tables including where you pay. Long line with employees just standing around. Told me it would be 20 minutes until they had white rice. Bad just really bad.

  They have improved immensely! We stopped coming for awhile because our last visit was so terrible. We heard there was new management and the crowd and experience told the tale. Service was so much better. More people working. They still need help managing the eating area and keeping stocked. But we will be back more frequently. Love Chipotle

  They are always out of something and you never know until after they’re halfway done making your order. Last week they had no Barbacoa or veggies. Today they had no chips and when I asked how long it would be (I could run errands and come back for chips)…they said they had no idea whatsoever and would it be at least be a a few hours. I’ve been wanting to try the cilantro lime sauce but they haven’t had any for the last 3 weeks and when I asked for a side of it they look at me like they’ve never heard of it and don’t know what I’m talking about, even though it’s advertised on signs throughout the store. It’s so frustrating. I want this restaurant to succeed but they are never fully stocked and it makes it difficult to continue coming back.
