  After we were seated, it took almost 10 minutes for our server to show up. The restaurant was only moderately busy,so there was no reason for it to take that long. I had to ask twice for lemon for my water before she finally brought it. It was freezing in the restaurant. Most of the staff were wearing long sleeve shirts, hoodies, or jackets because it was so cold. It took over half an hour for our food to arrive. My side salad was delivered with the food, not beforehand, so I didn't even eat it there, I took it it home. The wings were small, dry, and had very little meat. I'll stick to Rooster's wings. The carrots are too big in diameter to eat easily. Bring back the petite carrots! The rest of the food was good. I had to ask twice for wet wipes before she finally brought those. That is something that should be given automatically to anybody who orders wings. This was my first time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings in several years. I use to love BWs, but this experience showed me I have not been missing out on anything, and made me regret not going to Rooster's. We will not be returning to this, or any other BW3 location.

  Generally love BWs but the Wilmington location is hot garbage. Over 50% of the time they screw up the order. Today there were maybe 15 people in the restaurant, food took over 20 min to get, came out cold, and wrong, but staff were sitting at tables not doing their job. They clearly need to re-evaluate their management.

  Arrived at 7pm. Seated at 7:30 pm. Server at table for drink order at 8 pm. Food received at 9:15. Don't waste your time. Go to roosters.

  We regularly travel over an hour just to dine at this location, which says a lot about how much we’ve enjoyed it over time. The food is consistently good, and the service is usually just as reliable. However, our visit on 3/29 left us disappointed. Our waitress openly complained to us about another table only leaving her a $2 tip. From what we observed earlier, she seemed to know that group personally, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. It came across as unprofessional and inappropriate, and honestly felt like it might have been an attempt to influence our own tip. This kind of interaction detracts from an otherwise positive experience and shouldn’t happen. We hope management addresses this, because it’s not something customers should be put in the middle of.
