  Super sweet staff tonight. Very friendly and got my huge order done quickly, even with my customizations. Then I literally dropped a bag of fries in the parking lot. Walk back in ready to pay for more and they replaced it for me. Happy seagulls, happy customer. Thank you

  I dont usually go here but it seems like when I do I always have the worst experience. The service sucks, the workers stand around talking and playing around and its NOT clean at all. 🤮

  Absolutely disgusting. Inside was a mess. There was a complete table FULL of empty bags and boxes. Other tables had stains and food leftover on them. The service was terrible. I ordered on the kiosk and payed at the register, the guy was talking on his phone, hardly paying attention. I waited 20 mins for one thing! A vanilla cone. And had to wait another 15 for another cone, fries and a drink. They originally said they didn't have cones, so when I asked for a refund THATS when they decided to give me my cones. I shouldn't have to wait over a half hour for my food. people in the back were goofing off, laughing and talking so loud. You had all this time to laugh but couldn't get my order. I would be happy to wait 10 mins, not 35.

  There is no excuse for telling people to pull around and then have them wait 20+ minutes for a simple meal. This location has gone downhill fast in the last couple months. Very sad

  If I could do no stars I would I was just waiting in the Drive-Thru Lanes in Lane 2 for 5 minutes when two cars passed me and then I moved over to the first lane and then someone tried to take my order but then cut me off to switch over to Lane 2 to take their order first I called to try to discuss it and the guy totally blew me off saying it wasn't intentional when it was when someone clearly started to take my order but then completely cut me off and didn't do a single thing and then I try to go up to the window to make an order and they're telling me I have to go back through the line when they're six cars behind me this place is a joke and needs tore down 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 those thumbs down are my review. I never even got to order my food I had to go somewhere else.
