  whoever was making the mobile orders may 14th around 9 pm thank you, my bowl was perfect. portions were great and it was done fast. I hope both sides of your pillow are cold every night.❤️

  One of Northeast Ohio’s worst chipotles. I think they are in some kind of competition to see how much they can piss people off without them saying anything. Far too often will you have to wait beyond your promised time when using the chipotlane. Then when you get home be prepared for a surprise meal where most of what you ordered isn’t in the bag. You most likely got someone else’s food! Try calling the store I dare you. You’ll get 2-3 different robots before an actual person answers just to give you a free entree. As if I’d want to ever go back to redeem that. It’s not the customers faults that management left you understaffed. If you work there you should feel bad about it. I pray on this specific chipotles downfall. ** Don't fall for this good guy chipotle reply to my review. If you use that link to contact them, you basically get the run around. If you actually get to talk to a real person, they will give you a free entree. As if I'd ever want to go back to chipotle and wait in line again beyond the promised time...How about you give me a free entree at a different restaurant? One that will have my correct order at the correct time.

  This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Everytime I've gone there my food has been wrong and I had to wait in the drive thru for 30, sometimes 60 minutes!

  Between gristle left on the chicken to uncooked rice. How the hell can a place where one of the main ingredients is rice, not know how to cook rice??? Sorry, no more chances.

  Better Effort, But Poorly Managed, Dirty, and Cold Food I came to this location specifically to escape the terrible service at the Chardon Road store. While the experience was slightly better and they actually had food in stock, the lack of organization and cleanliness still made for a very frustrating visit. The Standout Worker: There was one tall Black guy working who was clearly carrying the team on his back. He was professional, attentive, and doing his absolute best despite being visibly overworked and stressed. He started our bowls and was the only one truly focused on the customers in the building. The Problems: • Lack of Cleanliness: The environment still wasn't the cleanest. I’m used to seeing Chipotle workers wipe down the counters as they go to prevent a mess, but here, there were food and toppings all over the counter. It’s unappealing to walk in and see the prep area in that state. • Non-Existent Teamwork: After the first worker started our bowls, the next person in line—who was supposed to add the toppings—completely abandoned us to work on mobile orders. Then, the cashier did the same. Our food sat on the messy counter getting cold while the staff scrambled around. • The Result: The worker who started our bowls eventually had to step back in and finish our order himself because no one else would. By the time I got home, the meal was cold and nasty. Bottom Line: The staff at Willowick seem to be trying harder than the Chardon Road location (where they were just "BS-ing" around), but they are clearly overwhelmed and unorganized. Management needs to prioritize store cleanliness and fix the workflow so that physical customers aren't ignored for DoorDash orders.
