  I wasn't going to write a review about my visit to this location last Friday on 09/25/26 @ 8:30pm. I placed the order a hour ahead for pick-up. Upon arrival the Only pleasant young lady (I'll call her "Lady Blue") with the blue ponytails said the system crashed and they were behind. I said Ok I'll just have a seat and wait for my order as long as it's correct and the cheese fries are hot I understood it wasn't their fault. Meanwhile the other crew members are cursing in the back, steadily complaining about the orders appearing, and the patrons visiting. "Lady Blue" was the only professionally pleasant worker there, all the other workers was standing around watching "LB", or just running to the register to tell people that the system was down and just came back up.. meanwhile they' were steadily upset about the presence of customers. Lady Blue was working OT to get the orders completed, and the rest of the team didn't measure up AT ALL! When my order was ready, I was given "Lrg Cold Cheese Fries" I mentioned to this to the other short heavy younger lady, and her response was that: "She Can't do anything about it" She proudly & openly said this in a Lobby full of customers!! I frequent this location often 2-3 x a month, sometimes in the same week, and I'm spending $30 to $40. No More, I'm done with Wingstop after this encounter. Lady Blue Apologized for the ignorance and stupidity of the other workers... sad. I hope "LB" is financially blessed with a better place of supportive /integral crew workers.

  I came in It’s four girls in here. They all got attitudes they playing around not focusing on the orders.. four different people asked me for my order four different times and still got absolutely nowhere besides watching them play around and have smart attitudes with me as I waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get my order. The manager has blue braids pig tails and they were beyond rude and unprofessional the store reeked of weed . This isn’t your personal place this is a place of business and your job but apparently that doesn’t matter to her and her crew at all! This store use to be so good and now it just getting worse and worse and will continue to go downhill with managers and workers like that. Anyone want to get wings with a side of attitude and no care about you or your order then this is the place for you !

  This place really must be trying to fail. Online does not work. Issue with payments at checkout for the last 2 or 3 months. No matter what browser or payment method you use an error occurs. Now you call and say you can't place phone orders or the number is experience technical difficulties.

  Sunday crew would rather be on their phones the entire time with a room full of patrons and no one is helping anyone. Sticky floors, not been cleaned.

  Will always go to this wingstop. The gentleman’s who work there are very sweet and hard working.
