The photos made the shrimp look grilled, but they were scooped out of some liquid and were pale, no grilling. See the difference in the oucs below. It tasted okay but I had a stomach ache afterwards.

However, what truly stood out during our recent order on 5/5/26 was the exceptional service provided by an employee named Leonard Johnson (“LJ”). Our office placed a $1,000 catering order through EZ Cater, but unfortunately, the delivery was delayed by two hours. EZ Cater was unable to provide any updates, and they could not reach either the driver or the store—leaving us with 50 hungry people and no food in sight. That’s when LJ stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Although he works at the Willoughby, OH location—not the one we ordered from—he personally drove to the Mayfield, OH location, picked up our order, and delivered it to us himself. LJ was incredibly kind, calm, and professional throughout the entire experience. His positive attitude and willingness to help transformed a frustrating situation into a truly memorable one. I was honestly ready to reconsider using Qdoba for future catering, but LJ’s outstanding service completely changed my perspective. He is truly one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Thank you, LJ, for going above and beyond and saving the day—you made a lasting impression!
