  I would have given you five stars because I do like the food but they have not gotten any of my orders right since i've ordered(.And this is my third time)... Today I did not get a side of sour cream for each order.And I ordered light on the pickled red onions for both orders and they were heavy on one order and light on the other.. I just don't understand other than they're not reading the orders or double checking to make sure things that are ordered on the side are given to the customer on the side. I am not looking for anything from anybody.You want five stars, you're gonna need to earn it. Please make your people better... Retrain, them or whatever you need to do.Maybe things on the side need to be checked on the receipt and double checked....

  Came in today from out of town and the customer service was not rude necessarily, however the person who helped me was not too welcoming. I do have to mention the condition of this location. Where I’m from, our Qdoba’s are clean and operating at a much higher standard than this. We walked in right after opening hour, around 11, and the place was really dirty and grimy. Tables all covered in food and floor dirty and greasy feeling on your shoes. I am confused, I believe the closers from the previous night did not clean at all and left this place ROUGH for the openers. It is grosss in here! Half of the toppings options were empty, why open the store when you’re not ready to serve the customers with all options on the menu to craft a bowl? It’s very odd. My advice to management is please tell your employees to step it up and clean this place, it really turns customers off when they come in ready to eat a meal and the condition of the restaurant is GRIMY this early in the day, with food not ready to serve. I love Qdoba, you guys can do better than this!

  Tayla is an awesome employee at Qdoba. She always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Everytime we go there and she is working, I know the food and the service will be top notch. She is awesome!

  Stopped here for the first time for lunch and it was legit painful watching them attempt to make a burrito. The girl who served us was just chatting with her coworker and ignoring us for at least a few minutes then when she did finally take our order she was all over the place. Firstly, they have big bag of under cooked tortillas and a press which is fine but the girl put the tortilla in the press for 1 second so it wasn’t even remotely cooked or warmed at all. Then she started making the burrito and left it sitting open while she started my quesadilla which took her forever to throw some cheese and meat on so then the open burrito was completely cold. We asked if they could put it on the press to warm it up at least and it turned into a whole thing and the manager was NOT friendly towards us or the staff. The girl then couldn’t roll a burrito even halfway decently so it completely split and asked if we wanted it double rolled… they once again didn’t cook the tortilla and then pressed the burrito for 2 seconds. As soon as my husband tried to pick it up it all completely fell apart and was not even a little warm at this point. Ended up returning it and not wanting a substitute. The quesadilla was okay. Nothing great but not bad. I would never go back here. It was a terrible experience.
