  What has happened here?? The nice ladies (sisters) aren’t there anymore?? It was awful!! She asked our drink order when we walked in, never brought them. Had no silverware to eat with, no one did. While we sat there, the whole place filled up. No one had drinks either. People kept walking up asking for things. When I finally went up to ask for our drinks, he got nasty with me and told me to go sit down!!! 😡 we loved going there, what a joke!

  Have been going to the place for a while now. I order the pizza and my husband picks it up. There is a option to pay online and occasionally we use that option so we can grab and go. One day my husband goes to pick up the order and they hand it to him ready to go. They didn't tell him that the order was to be paid for in store just passed it along and said have a nice day. Next time we order they tell us we are blocked and can no longer order, because we didn't pay for our last order. YOU HAVE OUR NUMBER FROM THE ORDER! If someone had called and informed us we would have paid over the phone, but no instead they lost a customer. Smdh common sense is dead.

  My sister, my daughter and I have been coming to the lunch buffet for many years. The last few times we’ve been here it has gone down hill quickly. The regular friendly staff has been replaced by grumpy and inattentive people. The salad bar was stocked well and this is the only positive from our visit. The pizzas they brought out were all specialty pizzas that did not look appetizing. We watched 4-5 people check out the fresh pizzas and not take any. When we left only a few pieces were taken out of the 4 pizzas they brought out. It seems very wasteful. Unfortunately we won’t be back. These changes have cost you loyal customers.

  They gave me wrong pizza, I asked them to change it and they gave me another wrong pizza, no one cares and the dough is raw and smells bad. I feel like they can't read instructions. Never coming again.
