- WWWorkHorseMay 17, 20261.0Went to Papa John’s to pick up a pizza and it was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was obviously old and had clearly been sitting there for a long time. The sauce looked dried out, the crust was stale, and the entire pizza tasted worse than leftover pizza that sat overnight in the fridge. What makes it worse is when I called, they told me it would be ready by the time I got there, and I only live 7 minutes away. So either it was sitting there way before I arrived or they handed me something they knew wasn’t fresh. I can’t stress enough how bad it tasted. Even our dog wouldn’t eat it. She took one bite, spit it out on the ground, and literally kicked grass over it like she was burying it. Absolutely terrible experience and a complete waste of money. After this experience, I’ll never return to a Papa John’s again.

- MMMCHMar 27, 20261.0When you order delivery through the papa John’s app it doesn’t tell you that a door dash driver might deliver your food…On top of that when a papa John’s driver delivers the food the box is taped from the front making it difficult to open the box which is good. twice now that they’ve sent a DoorDash driver the box has been taped only on one side making it easy to open . This time the box was sitting at my door with the lid already somewhat open..that doesn’t make me feel like it was handled with care. And a male driver showed up when door dash had a female name. Not good.
