  A lot of people that work here are extremely rude or not helpful. Every time I have a problem with the app or my food they are extremely rude. I hate going to this McDonald’s but it’s right next to where I work. I really hope they all fix their attitude. Or simply learn how to do their job. I’ve worked at McDonalds before, it’s not that hard.

  There is a lady here, Caucasian, brown hair, but she talks shitty to her workers. Shes so disrespectful to them, looks like a manager or something. Next time I hear her disrespect her workers I will speak up. Food is bad during certain times. Get mcdoubles with no ketchup or mustard or pickle.. got a ice coffee with cream and sugar.. literally got a cup of ice milk.. they clearly dont train well. Lady came out who I described earlier and asked her workers, " so who knows how to make coffee and specialty drinks" no one answered. She has screamed at an older worker, maybe about 60's.. so unprofessional. I get people get stressed. But i just moved over to this location recently, every time I see this lady with brown hair and is a manager or an assistant, she is putting these workers down. Not good to witness. I will call corporate next time.

  Girl working the window at 8:57pm on 4/27, was rude and terrible at her job. Stared at me at the window and didn’t speak a single word just kept staring at me and then I finally asked what she said aren’t you going to pay I said already did. Left the window and came back threw my food at me didn’t offer an apology or anything. 0 customer service skill on her part. Not sure what McDonald’s pays her to do but it’s definitely not her job. Girl needs to be coached immediately on basic drive thru skills or just talking in general.

  Greedy greedy greedy, and for what? To not get what you even order? To sit in a lobby designed to make you hate it? Companies have been giving so many reasons for me to save my money and not eat their garbage, I appreciate you guys for breaking the cycle!

  This place just keeps getting worse. One night I was waiting for my food in curbside and as I'm sitting there several car that came in after me were getting there food so I go in, there's my food just sitting there getting cold ans the night shift guy knew I was waiting and set my bag to the side waiting for one of the girls to hand it to me. Next morning for breakfast I'm waiting in drive through and they kept going to the other side taking peoples orders that came after me,( and I use the mobile app ) then when I finally get my order it wasn't made fresh like they claim and the muffins was so hard , they've must have been sitting under heat lamps. Couldn't even eat them. Never again will I visit this McDonald's even though it's right up the street.
