    Ordered carry out. Mild wings....we got wings so hot we couldn't even eat them. Burger dry as a bone. Chicken stripe were also wrong. Nothing was as ordered. We threw the entire meal in the garbage.

    If this isn’t the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location in the country idk what is…that manager Brandon is seriously gonna run this place down and it’s gonna end up closing. There’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order every single time I order from here. And unfortunately when ordering online you can’t choose which location it comes from.

    Went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night and overall had a good experience. The only downside was that it seemed like there was only one server working, so service was definitely slower than usual. That being said, our server Ciana handled everything really well. Stayed friendly, kept checking on tables, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Food was good. We’ll be back!

    Tonight, as a party of 3, we Attempted to get some wings and a drink before a movie. We were 3rd on the waiting list, told it would be a 20 minute wait. Four parties came in after us. After 20 minutes, all of us were informed by the hostess that the manager is not allowing anyone to be seated until the "kitchen gets caught up" and that it could be another 20-30 minutes. Told her if we were seated, at least we could get some drinks and that the restaurant is losing money having us sit here. The parties before us left. She came back shortly afterwards and stated it could be 1-1 1/2 hours. One couple went to sit at the bar, the rest left. We were the only ones there...still waiting...even though 5 tables had vacated and they had a whole section closed. There was never any apology for the wait, the "hostess" just kept complaining about the restaurant and stated, "that's why I don't work here". We're wondering why she was there, too. Of course, we left, and told a couple coming in not to bother because there will be no service here. Instead, we went to Craggy Bogland's in Willoughby...shout out to them for fabulous service and wings. To Buffalo Wild Wings....DO BETTER!

    Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I brought a party of 12 to celebrate my granddaughter’s 10th birthday. As a pastor, I made every effort to handle the situation with patience, grace, and respect. We waited over an hour to be seated while multiple smaller groups were seated ahead of us. We remained calm and understanding the entire time. In an effort to help, we even assisted staff by setting up tables ourselves so our party could be accommodated. After all of that, when I respectfully asked about being seated, the manager, Brandon Meyers, told us we could leave and not eat there. To be treated this way—after waiting, showing patience, and even helping—was not only unprofessional, it was deeply disrespectful. This was meant to be a special celebration for a child, and instead it became a moment of disappointment. I approached this situation in a pastoral way, seeking resolution and understanding, but there was no effort made by management to communicate, appreciate, or correct the situation. Given how this unfolded, it raises serious concerns about how customers are treated in this establishment. I expect this matter to be reviewed by upper management and would appreciate a direct response.
