  Ordered a cheesesteak and took a bite and bit into a very hard, black crust. Not sure it was burnt meat

  Placed a mobile order fries were cold / the roast beef looked like plastic didn’t even bother straight in the trash / the crispy chicken was warm / the young lady with the braids was kind enough to make fresh fries / back to Culver’s food is made fresh to order everytime ! Also the heavy set white lady needs to stay away from the window giving customers stupid ass looks & not speaking food sucks definitely won’t be returning ugh 😩 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 horrible service.. also the black young lady with the braids was friendly & seemingly the only person at the time with an ounce of sense I hope you leave this place you deserve better - I’m glad I tipped you as a token of my appreciation.

  I wish 0 stars was a thing because there is nothing that can describe how unbelievably bad the service here is. I went to the drive thru to get lunch and I got a plain roast beef and a French dip. The lady asked if we wanted cheese on the roast beef 3 times, while being super rude. We asked for horsey sauce at the window and never got that. There was no aju sauce that comes with the french dip and instead, there was the steak bites which I never mentioned. I will never go to this location again just to be treated like trash by your workers. Watch who you hire.

  I ask for lettuce on my chicken sandwich and didn't open it until I got home and had pick lettuce off sandwich.

  I haven't been going to this branch because the food hasn't been up to my standards, the last time I was there the sandwich was smashed & cold the fries weren't hot. after that I started going to the branch on Vine street because their food is always hot and freshly made. Well I was in the area of Willoughby so I took a chance, I let the lady know who took my order that my last visit had smashed cold food. & Well this time the sandwich wasn't smashed but the fris were cold. I'm done with this particular branch
