    I ask for lettuce on my chicken sandwich and didn't open it until I got home and had pick lettuce off sandwich.

    I haven't been going to this branch because the food hasn't been up to my standards, the last time I was there the sandwich was smashed & cold the fries weren't hot. after that I started going to the branch on Vine street because their food is always hot and freshly made. Well I was in the area of Willoughby so I took a chance, I let the lady know who took my order that my last visit had smashed cold food. & Well this time the sandwich wasn't smashed but the fris were cold. I'm done with this particular branch
