  Love the frozen lemonade but the last couple times I was there they were out of it. Another incident happened last week when my grandkids had gift cards they wanted to spend so instead of holding up the drive thru I parked and we walked up and the youn gladly told us we could order but it would be awhile because they had to help the people in the drive thru first so it would be better if we waited in line. We got back in the car and waited in the drive thru and when we got to order she said we can’t take multiple orders. I was pissed, why not say that when we went to the window to order instead of making us wait in the drive thru. Absolutely last time I will visit! Customer Service is 90% of the experience. I didn’t mind waiting but to tell us you have to wait in drive thru customers first and then not let us do exactly what I asked when I got out of the car.

  Cute place with good coffee but they ask for your phone number without telling you they're signing you up for text alerts, which feels rude and intrusive.

  Wish the coffee was a little stronger coffee flavor and a little less sugary, the flavor options are limitless, wait was not bad, but I've seen it way worse

  Large variety of coffees. Chai, and cold drinks available. They offer so many different flavors also.

  Anytime I go to this location they are rude, drinks are poorly made, and the vibe from the workers are not great. They have ruined my experience and liking of the drinks and company. I’ve stopped going because of them and will continue to stop going. On top of that, they never have enough “freebies”. I ordered a drink at 5:59!!!! The lady was rude and said “you have to order at 7am.. it’s 7brew 7-7 are the times to get the prizes.” I’m like are you serious?!! She said “I’m dead serious.” By the time I got my drinks it was 7:02… I didn’t even hesitate to ask for one because of her attitude. “Mide you this was the day of the key chain charm thing.” Yeah I’ll stay with Dunking and Starbucks. 7brew and kiss my cheeks..
