  Many times a week I come to this 7 Brew. Tonight we stopped there @ 7:50 pm. knowing they were handing out free kozies on Mother’s Day and were advertising it for awhile. There were still signs in the drive thru posted for this promotion. Before we placed our order, we inquired about the kozies and were told “they stopped handing them out.” We placed the order for our drink, and while we were waiting, we questioned her again why if it’s still Mother’s Day why they aren’t handing them out. The girl proceeded to say: “we ran out.” We reminded the girl she just said they stopped handing them out but she didn’t say originally they ran out. Then she proceeded to tell us that “they stopped handing them out because they were saving them for the workers.” The person I was with proceeded to tell the worker it was unethical and didn’t look good for 7 Brew. There was no time frame listed as to when they were going to stop handing them out. This was a Mother’s Day promo that should’ve lasted from open until close. If you’re going to stop handing them out take your sign down. Is this the policy at the other 7 Brew locations where employees can hoard promotion products before the day ends? So disappointed and am sad I spent my money here. The girl was unapologetic and didn’t care.

  Just went to 7 brew in willoughby, Natalie was very welcoming and positive. Whenever and i see her she’s always smiling and just has great customer service! even if i didn’t like fun drinks, id still come for the great experience.

  Katie is awesome. She made me a custom drink that was amazing. She took her time drying to figure out what I would like because I am super picky and it was fantastic. I’ve ordered it twice now.

  I haven’t been to 7 Brew in a while, but when I came through today, Lexus made the experience amazing. She was super helpful in guiding me toward the right coffee and had such a positive attitude the entire time. When I got my drink, she even made sure I liked it and offered to remake something else if I didn’t. That level of customer service really stands out—definitely a great experience!

  the worker working today 4/21/2026 with the brown 7 brew crew neck with a green shirt under it. you have probably the worst attitude i’ve come across in any workplace i’ve ever been to. truly ruins my experience everytime I see you working. don’t work with the general public if you can’t smile, ask a question or say “k” instead of asking what I want to drink.
