  I walked into Chipotle to get a bowl I ask for half and half chicken and steak the way the employee that was there around 6:30pm red hair put about 6-7 piece of chicken and steak on my bowl was upsetting. So I asked her to do more meat she said it was double I said double for not even a full half scoop of meat that I asked for. I did not want the bowl at all Chipotle has these employees not giving us our money worth for the food that we purchase. An up charge for vinegarette’s as well. I don’t mind that but to charge me 4x’s meat was ridiculous and I’m never coming back to this location. It’s just like the lakeshore location terrible with portions I would have paid if it was worth it but to charge 4x’s for meat is insane. Something needs to be done with employees giving full scoops of half and half for meat not 6 pieces of meat.

  I really tried to give this Chipotle multiple chances, but it keeps getting worse. The servers were completely unresponsive — heads down, no eye contact, and acting annoyed at basic questions. The line moved at a crawl even though the place wasn’t that busy. When I finally got my order, the food was cold. Not lukewarm — cold rice, cold beans, and protein that tasted like it had been sitting out. On top of that, they were out of several basics: no fajita veggies, almost out of salsa, and they scraped the bottom of the pan for guac. Portions were tiny and sloppy. The dining area didn’t help either — messy tables, sticky sauce stations, and trash bins overflowing. It just felt neglected from front to back. I usually expect fast, hot, and consistent from Chipotle. This location missed on all three: poor service, cold food, and low stock on staples. Hard pass until management gets a handle on staffing, food temp, and cleanliness.

  This place is crazy. The was an absolute knock down drag out fight in the parking lot. I'm fairly sure one of the employees was involved. As well as every single employee was outside, just standing there recording on their phones. The number of altercations that have happened here in the little time that it has been opened is crazy. The staff, for the most part is unprofessional. Which is sad because I have been there a few times and there was an amazing lady who helped us in the drive through. This location needs to take time to close and take a look at their staff. Remove some and restart.

  So first off, no Chipotle is perfect of course. Tried this one despite its low rating and had zero issues. Everyone was friendly, big portions, the cashier even hooked me up with a free drink for something taking to long, something I didn't even complain about. Clean inside aside from some boxes as they obviously has just got some deliveries. No real issues.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. As a pregnant woman, cleanliness and food safety are extremely important to me, and from the moment I walked in, everything was telling me to turn around and leave. Almost every table inside was dirty and most of the staff seemed completely unbothered and were doing the bare minimum. The only employee who appeared to be working efficiently was a white lady, though I didn’t catch her name. She was moving the line as quickly as possible while customers were waiting 20–25 minutes or more. To make matters worse, they were completely out of fajita veggies. I don’t understand why the restaurant waited until they were entirely gone before starting another batch. I was told to wait if I wanted veggies, which was frustrating considering how long the line already was. One employee used tongs to grab fajita vegetables from a pan and carried them around while they were dripping everywhere. Watching that made me question the food handling practices and hygiene standards. When I got home and started eating, I discovered that the rice in my bowl was severely undercooked. At that point, I was beyond disappointed. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations and have never experienced one that felt this dirty, disorganized, and unprofessional. This was by far the most unhygienic Chipotle experience I’ve had, and I hope management takes these issues seriously.
