  I ordered 3 bowls from this Chipotle location and only received 2. When I contacted the store and spoke with management, instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was told that their team claims all 3 bowls were placed in the bag. That is simply not true. I have absolutely no reason to lie about a missing bowl that I paid for. The bigger issue is the lack of accountability. If employees make a mistake, management should correct it—not automatically accuse the customer of being wrong because an employee says they packed the order correctly. This location already has an issue with workers not carefully reading and following simple order instructions, and now apparently employees are willing to deny mistakes rather than take responsibility for them. I paid for 3 bowls and received 2. Customers should not have to argue with management just to receive the food they paid for. Very disappointing customer service and order accuracy. I would definitely recommend checking your entire order before leaving or before your delivery driver leaves.

  The store was dirty. The tables were dirty. The lighting was poor but maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. I didn't see one single person smile that worked there. The counter where you get your drinks was filthy and they pick and choose who they want to give decent portion to. I got one small scoop and then two people behind me got heaping spoonfuls. So I mean that's just not fair and I don't ever want to come back here again. To make matters worse, I saw her take an old portion of steak and pour it on top of the new portion of steak. And again I've said this before the Chipotles are doing this and it is unsanitary and it's cross-contamination and Chipotle really needs to tell their employees to do better

  It really wasn't a bad visit, but it wasn't that great. We stopped in to get take out. Ordering was challenging. We could barely hear the girl working the first part of the line as she really mumbled when asking us for our options. We had to repeat ourselves several times trying to get the order correct. No apologies from anyone. It really started to feel like we were bothering them with our order. I think they were out of streak, but again, it was hard to hear so I'm not sure. We ordered carnitas and chicken anyway. Time was pretty typical from order to payment, maybe a little slower with the communication issues. It wasn't super busy for a week night. Once we got to where we were actually eating, our food was correct and no complaints. Won't go out of our way to return, and it'll probably be a while before going back to this one.

  I saw a young man who was working at the register do something amazing he gave away his free daily lunch to a kid who Apple Pay didn’t work I believe his name was amire or something but hats off to him and that location for feeding a hungry child

  It is a disaster. Two days before, we gave a catering order. I came on time; however, I've been waiting for the last 25 minutes and am not sure how much longer I have to wait. Unfortunately, it is not clean; stuff is spilled everywhere. No one cleans the tables. I will never place a catering order here again. Also never come and eat here. Disaster.
