Whether they are out of stock of something (though not listed on the app) or they goof the order or it’s poor quality. We usually order via mobile app. This last occurrence ordered a pizza sub and it was just pepperoni and bread, very little of the requested regular portions of condiments. Entirely missing the cheese. Not happy considering the price. Will start going to the Waterville one even though it’s further away.
