    Terrible customer service. Rude staff. Manager refused to speak to me and told me to look the number up for the general manager in the app. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and was trying to get it reordered at the right location. Staff acted like they had no idea how to cancel and reorder. There was no offer to make the burrito at their location even though it I paid for. I missed my whole lunch break and ended up with no food. I will never go back to this location.

    I asked the second person on the line for sour cream and green salsa and he said he would get it. By the time I got to cashier i noticed didn’t get it and told the cashier politely if i could get it and she responded “you were supposed to ask him” with an attitude and in which i responded “i did” and she said “okay you’re gonna have to wait for him ”. I proceeded to wait for 5 mins while the cashier checked out customers and stared at me and finally said “what did you want again”. I told her and she says okay and again doesn’t try to get the attention of the person in the line. I left after not getting what i asked for.

    I only order for pickup but every time I'm not disappointed. This is the most consistent quality of food I've gotten from Chipotle in a very long time. Always good quality and portion size. Will continue to go to only this location.

    Tonight really irritated me. We spent almost 15 dollars on a burrito bowl and while my daughter only asks for steak, lettuce and tomato. I feel it should still be a fair amount. We got what looked like someones leftovers. Would post the picture it wont let me but it was barely covering the bottom of the bowl. We had to go back and ask them to fix that. The lady tried to tell us that this is their normal amount. Which it definitely is not we've been going here for years. The man there was apologizing over and over so he seemed to get that this wasnt ok. But her saying this is normal for close to 15 dollars is ridiculous. We will no longer be doing online orders. We will come in and watch it be made so that way we know we aren't getting again what looks like leftovers. Has anyone else dealt with this situation here?

    I went in with a fairly large order... So I let a few people skip in front of me. So by the time I was ordering they were out of steak so I gladly waited a little longer, without having to change anyone's order... My crew was so satisfied by the size of all of our meals! Definitely will be on my list of local food spots for that side of town! Thx to the Chipotle Team for making a bad day feel a little better with our bellies being satisfied!!! 🌮 🌯 #Hangry
