  Going there I had no problems, order was great, food was great. When I doordashed my food, I had half my order missing and 2 shakes, amdnthe bag was sealed, when I was able to get to my phone to see all of the pictures the shakes were missing from the very first picture from when the driver picked my order up. They refused to do anything and doordash only gave me a fraction of what I was owed, this happened 2 times, I'm not too happy with this Arby's anymore, and I used to get my lunch from there everyday, 7 days a week. Now I drive to one that's farther away.

  I would really like to give this Arby's 5 stars because it is close and I love their menu items. I'm am giving it 1 star for the fact that the past three visit, I had to pull of because I was told there was no beef? During my first visit I was informed that it was being cooked and would be ready in about 20 mins or so. I still order food and it was great like I expected. However when you have a craving for a beef and cheddar or a Ruben sandwich it is disappointing to hear "we have no beef" from Arby's who is know for "We've got the meats!" I hope on my next visit I can return here and give the rating I believe they all deserve. I'm not sure how it is run and I hope the team can develop a plan to keep fresh beef available for its customers. Again I am looking forward to changing the rating because I know the hard work it takes to run out of beef. It could be a bad sign or a good sign I would prefer the latter.

  Love Arby's. They couldn't get my virtual gift card to scan but they took the time to figure it out.

  I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Philly cheesesteak..... It was better than an average burger but I wasn't really impressed. The weight was excessively long as well
