  Food was good prices were normal. She didn't tell us about the happy hour until after we ordered and then we ordered some drinks and an appetizer.

  Sadly it is has been a week and I can not remember our amazing servers name. I believe it was Aria or Ari or something like that. I do apologize. Anyway, we were at a conference next door last week and kept smelling the food from Houlihans so we had to try it. I had the meatloaf, husband had fish and chips. It was all fantastic. Those fries! Top 5 fries of all time. The meatloaf was flavorful and tender. All the sauces were fantastic. Our server was top notch. Both hubby and I come from a restaurant background (him as a cook, me as a server) and felt the whole experience was as it should be. We are not from Ohio but if we are ever in Cleveland again, we will stop by for sure!

  The pick three is amazing. The servers are always friendly and they make sure you receive what you want. Great restaurant.

  10/10 experience, I highly recommend this establishment. My family of four came to eat here and the food was amazing and delicious, but what really drove our experience above and beyond was our waitress Jenna, more than a waitress she made us feel like she was our friend, her recommendations on the menu were spot on, and curated our experience to be the best dinner ever. I highly recommend asking for Jenna when dining at Houlihan’s westlake location!

  This restaurant has really gone downhill. It hasn't been the greatest the last few times we've ordered, but hoping they were just going through a bad time/cook, whatever. The quality is just plain bad. I needed something quick, so ordered the French onion soup, and butter cake to be delivered. How bad could that be?? Very bad. Not only was the quality of both Very poor (the cake had always been good, even when the rest of the food was disappointing). It's not even the same dessert anymore. To make matters worse, they packed ice cream and soup together. Even with that, the soup shouldn't have been cold (we live a short drive from the restaurant). So the soup was cold, and the ice-cream melted into soup. We stopped ordering the stuffed chicken and scallops w risotto because of the shrinking portions and the awful quality. Even their salads that were very good in the past along with the dressing had become inedible. Just a shame. Houlihan's used to be so good. It's now like Applebee's which we haven't eaten at in 20 yrs because of poor quality. Applebee's was never even in the same league as Houlihan's-they are now. I'd much rather pay more for same portion and quality. Instead I'm paying more for much less in both.
