  Staff is very nice and the produce and meats are very good. I just started shopping here and I’m very impressed with the quality of the food compared to other nearby grocery stores. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to shop for healthy options

  I visited Fresh Thyme in Westlake yesterday (July 27th) around 4:15 pm because I heard they carry Boar's Head deli meats and cheeses. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. The young lady (brown hair and had AirPods in) working at the deli was not welcoming from the start. She didn't greet me, and after I told her the first item I wanted, she asked, "That it?" even though I had several more items to order. When I asked for a certain type of cheese, she responded, "We don't have that," in a rude tone. I ordered four items, and I specifically requested 1 pound of mesquite smoked turkey while the rest were 1/2 pound each. When I picked up my order, the employee didn't say a word or thank me. After checking my order, I realized she had only given me 1/2 pound of the turkey instead of the 1 pound I requested. I decided not to ask for it to be fixed because she already seemed bothered by my presence. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic customer service goes a long way. I was excited to try Fresh Thyme's deli, but I left disappointed by the lack of customer service and the incorrect order.
