Went in to watch the Browns and Giants games, and the bartender was kind enough to put them on the TVs for us. Unfortunately, the manager apparently took personal offense to the idea of customers enjoying what they came in for. He repeatedly changed the channels for other customers who arrived after us, as if basic fairness were a foreign concept. When I finally spoke up, his brilliant response was, “Do you own these TVs?” No, sir, but apparently neither do you, considering how desperately you seem to need to remind everyone that you’re in charge of them. It’s truly impressive to watch someone in management confuse having authority with having absolutely no customer service skills. A manager’s job is to create a good customer experience, not to play channel roulette and get an attitude when someone questions it. I’d suggest management reconsider who they put in charge of this location. If condescending customers and demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism are the qualifications, then congratulations—you’ve found your guy. If the goal is to keep customers coming back, however, this man might be better suited to managing a TV remote in an empty room. At least then, he could change the channel as often as he likes without driving away paying customers.

We traveled a good distance to visit Dave & Buster’s and left pretty underwhelmed with the entire experience. The place wasn’t particularly busy, but after putting our names in for a table, we waited and waited, only to never be paged. What made it worse was the staff’s complete lack of concern when we brought up how long we had been waiting. They genuinely couldn’t have cared less. We eventually finished using the balance on our game card and left to get food somewhere else. Needless to say, this will be our last visit. For what you spend here, you’d be better off buying a game console and enjoying it at home. And if you’re just looking to win cheap junk prizes, save yourself some money and head to Chuck E. Cheese. At least you’ll know what you’re getting! 😂

Absolutely fantastic experience here and the token prices are very reasonable. You dont have to break the bank to have fun here, but even if you do you’ll be glad you did. No shortage of great games and food.
