The first dozen was correct the second however I received 6 Asiago and three pumpernickel and four plain which I did not order. Additionally I specified unsliced, and all were sliced. Stoic, indifferent staff. Inept service. Might Give Barry's money from now on.

It’d be fine if it was a bagel that had to be cooked with like egg or something or if it had even taken 20 min but 35minutes to toast a bagel and throw cream cheese on it. really? It’s better to just drive a little further and go to Brueggers bagels. Then when I went up to get a refund she said the bagels were already ready so I took them and I took one bite after I got them and they were soggy even after I confirmed that they would be toasted.
