  I ordered a medium, they made a small. Instead of remaking, they poured into a medium cup and added milk. When I pointed out that the drink didn’t taste right, the girls rolled their eyes and were rude. Definitely won’t be back to this one. I rather drive further to the other location in Sheffield village.

  Slowest 7 brew I think I’ve ever been to. Drinks are constantly being made wrong and the last time this happened (yesterday) I spoke up and told the girl that took my order that my drink was made wrong and it was supposed to come with caramel drizzle. She looked at me and said “well you didn’t order that” when I did indeed order that. I told her I wanted my previous order so that there would be no confusion and she didn’t have to spend time manually putting the order in the computer (normally that’s when my drink is made wrong). So I tried to make it as easy as possible for them to get it right. I’m a frequent customer to this location and the Sheffield lake location. No one really seems to know what’s going on and management doesn’t seem to be present there to offer guidance to employees. 10/10 recommend going to the Sheffield lake location over this. Giving one star because they just can’t get it right and it’s a disappointment that this location is so close to me but yet I don’t like going there because it’s so inconsistent.

  The lady that took my payment and handed me my drink was not friendly at all. She was smiling and talking to the car in front of me. When we got up to her, she did not even make eve contact. She was wearing red sweatpants with her ugg of knockoff ugg slippers.

  I said I was going to be busy because of what today was but it seems like they wanted to take care of just one line and not the other. The line I was in they were handing drinks to all random people instead of the people actually right there. On top of it I only had two drinks and tried handing us the wrong drinks. They had to remake mine 3 times and still got it wrong. I gave up because I was already frustrated with how long I had to wait and with them not knowing and messing it up. This isn’t my normal stand and I will definitely not be going back.
