- TCTheron CableApr 26, 20261.0Online order that got cancelled after 1+ hours of waiting and refund was not given. The DoorDash driver assigned through the Taco Bell app never received or was notified about the order and there was not help from Taco Bell after DoorDash did all the could to help.

- AOAlec OlsonMar 22, 20261.0Waited in the drive through from 10:02 to 10:57. I ordered a $7 lux box and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I’m not sure what they’re doing back there, but management needs to hire some people who don’t suck at this job.

I went during my lunch break to the drive through, after I handed her my bank card she rang my food up on a different machine and proceeded to assist another customer with my bank card in her hand out in the open. I didn’t mind she was assisting someone else maybe she was busy but holding my card up for the world to see didn’t sit right with me. I then asked for my receipt and she made an excuse as to why she couldn’t provide it. I then told her can you print it on a different machine since the one wasn’t working. I have never gotten food through the drive through without be given a receipt. Her attitude about the whole situation made things worse. I try to give places chances but if the atmosphere isn’t inviting I will not be returning.
