I’m sure some folks like the way they make burgers. It wasn’t for me. The scorching tots were inedible. Not because too spicy, gross taste. Two of our burgers came out five minutes before the third burger and the sides were done. I had to go ask about them because there was no communication offered.

The food was good, but the service was EXCELLENT. Both Lori and Christian were just great. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of--they split our meal for us (we were sharing to save room for a delicious shake!), checked on us multiple times, and just in general went above and beyond. You can tell that both Lori and Christian really care about making sure their customers are happy and they take great pride in doing great work.

the cashier with the bun was immediately rude as soon as we walked in. she didn’t smile not once and never said you’re welcome or had any basic manners. she blatantly ignored a customer in her face. just rude and unprofessional.

We dined inside on an afternoon in June when it was about 85° outside. This is important because the air conditioning was completely inoperable in the dining room. Water was dripping from the Ceiling unit onto more than one area of seating and the temperature in the dining room was maybe 5° cooler than the outside temperature. The employees there all looked like they were about to drop from heat exhaustion; I truly felt bad for them. Their level of disability might explain why the hamburgers were so over salted that they were inedible. At first I thought it was just me and I asked for a box to take mine home but in the way home my guest said that their food was also so salty that they could not eat it. Each Of us independentlythought maybe it was just the heat that made us not really want our food so we waited until later when we both cooled off and unfortunately, the food was just truly terrible . When you spend almost $40 on lunch for a couple of burgers and some sides and then you end up not being able to eat your food, It is truly a tragedy. I hope that the food was over salted because the employees were just so close to dropping from heat exhaustion that they were not paying attention and that is not the normal way that they operate. Regardless, I will not be back. I really hope that they can do something about the cooling system though or they are gonna have a medical emergency on their hands very soon.
We had double bacon cheddar; double cheese; sides of fries and tots, and two soft drinks.
