  Nobody in drive-through, nobody in the lobby, waited five minutes for a double cheeseburger, three managers were laughing and talking to each other and did not even acknowledge me at the counter to ask what I was waiting for. I was finally given the double cheeseburger in a to go bag with no napkins. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

  This is genuinely one of the worst McDonald’s in Columbus. Do not choose to eat here unless you have to out of desperation. I have eaten here roughly 20ish times because it’s on the way to work. Extremely slow service every single time, extremely low food quality. Fries are always stale and never fresh, and it really seems like nobody there is trying at all. I understand this is a fast food restaurant and I’m not expecting top quality, but for $10+ for a single combo, you should get what you pay for. The drive-thru employees are insanely impersonal and several times they will open the window, then proceed not say a single word during the whole interaction. If you can’t say “hi”, “your total is…” or “thanks have a nice day” at the minimum, why are you working a customer service job? Also fun fact, from 2014 to 2026, the global inflation of the U.S. Dollar is 31%. Since that time, McDonald’s prices have inflated about 100%. OVER THREE TIMES THE RATE OF INFLATION, while at the same time lowering the food quality at just about the same rate. Anything to appease those shareholders right? Cut costs, cut food quality, cut jobs, yet continue to raise prices so that infinite quarterly growth is always possible. More more more money in their pockets! Can’t wait until McDonald’s revenue truly starts going down the drain because this company does not deserve to be in business when they’re charging sit-down restaurant prices for cold, stale food. And no, I’m not using your stupid app.

  I am a fan of McDonalds but this branch isn't clean at all. There was a lot of food and dirts on the floor. Also, I ordered and took a number to my table but no one served the food until I got it myself.
