  If you go there after 10:30am the service is trash the managers on duties dont speak English an dont care about you are the food they will talk an joke around walk off an act like your not there this location been going down they need new people cause them managers that dont speak English are act like they dont really don't like they job are people. Said to say but the Cleveland ave location is better then them an thats the hood but at least they know how to treat people an you get hot food not cold old fires that been seating up there. Get the food before 10:30am are dont go

  Extremely slow service. I waited over 20 minutes for my mobile app order. It’s like they forgot about me - I had to flag down a worker and then she had to go back in the store 3 different times to get my order right. Absolutely ridiculous! Fast food?? Yeah right.

  The worst Mcdonalds in all of America. First off they want you to pull up to park so they can walk food out in the rain.....brilliant idea.....secondly they will let you sit for 18 minuts after being told to park ahead......after that you will have to go inside to remind them they didnt serve you your food........then they will take another 10 minutes to the point you have to leave because your other obligations are already upon you. Would give zero stars but I cant.
