  I love this Dunkin but lately if it's not the early morning crew, the drinks are awful and inconsistent. I get a frozen every morning and if it's after 6am 90% it looks like it wasn't blended and tastes like water with a hint of coffee. The early morning crew (Courtney especially) is consistent, the coffee turns out as expected and they always have great attitudes. The later in the day, the less consistent the coffee and customer service.

  Customer service was terrible today (5/5/26). I got a hot coffee and omelette bites but the lid wasn’t on my coffee all way and flew off when I started walking with my coffee, then I received bagel bites instead of omelette bites. I don’t eat bread so this was very disappointing. I tried to contact customer service and the “chat” is always unavailable. Terrible.

  This has to be the worst company. The donuts are placed in between to hot coffees therefore the Kreme donuts icing melts. The latte is made incorrectly consistently. Does not matter the location. The sandwiches have been made incorrectly with on sandwich with the inside of the other sandwich ordered. I believe it has to be on purpose. No one can get it wrong consistently. I spoke with the district manager and she spoke to GM at westerville location and it still is happening. I had it delivered from a different location and it was worse. I got a coupon for the inconvenience, but cannot use on Grub Hub app. Useless. I live in a senior facility so I can not get out for breakfast. This is why I have it delivered.

  I was hoping by coming to this location it would be better than 161. However the hashbrowns were soggy, tasted like old oil, We ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese bagels & got sausage egg and cheese. The bacon was not crispy and rather flimsy. I will likely stick to Tim Hortons. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

  My last 2 stops have been so disappointing! This is a medium frozen hot chocolate no whip, only filled 3/4 of the way and taste like coffee?? It is supposed to taste like Hot Chocolate. When I said something to the cotton candy haired girl all she said was we can remake it but it’s going to be a long wait…..really! I’m the customer that can hold up your whole line, now you owe me a free drink on my next visit because I don’t drink coffee flavored drinks!
