- MSMax Smith6 days ago1.0I am not that familiar with dunkin but if all locations were like this one, you would be better off not spending your money here. Went this morning and the lady taking my order was rude ( something I've just read is common at this location ). I asked for my plain bagle to be toasted well done. She said " ew , ok we will make it black then ". I asked for it to have butter on it and she just gave rude comments through my order. I pulled up she took the money then ignored me talking to another co worker ( which is fine but she never greeted me or anything). Im not there for the interactions but a pleasant attitude goes a long way. Got the food and it wasn't very warm. They definitely didn't make it well done. It was blah. Nothing I'd go back to get again. Disappointed in the whole interaction. It's close to work at a good location but they could do with people who at least pretend to care about the people who are keeping them in business and paying their paycheck. Wont be back.

I waited outside the store on the round bench thinking they must not opened up the store yet as it is very early in the morning. A older women in a black suden drove up to me while im sitting down and ask if I was doing okay. This all happened within 10 minutes and I was about to leave the location. The women said I would get pepper strayed if I dont get up and leave. All I wanted was some coffee while the store is opened. The women who claimed she works here was incredibly rude threatening to pepper stray me while im waiting for the store to be opened. I do not recommend going to this place.

I tried to order the King Kylie drinks and two donuts, and they repeatedly spoke under their breath and raised their voices at me, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The manager seemed to be giving an interview at the time, so I'm not sure if he was aware of what was happening. On a positive note, the young girl who finished checking me out was very helpful and quickly straightened everything out. I really appreciate her kindness, but the interaction at the drive thru was extremely disappointing...
