- TFTom FinneganSep 16, 20261.07:15 am this morning ordered via drive thru a large hot mocha coffee. It was handed to me with no sleeve and lid was not secured. So as the transfer took place and I got the coffee over my right leg to put into console cup holder off came the lid, I reacted by squeezing the sides of cup and 1/2 the hot coffee spilled on my leg hands and console. Yeah it hurt. I pulled into parking lot to clean it up. Retrain your staff. Normally always have great service and experience here at this Dunkin.

Several of the employees have been extremely rude. They’ve been not paying attention, on their phones, laughing together, very short and very rude: one employee barely opened the window to hand me my stuff and told me to have a day and slammed the window. nine times out of 10 they don’t even put any of my flavor syrup in the coffee. The last time I went they didn’t even give me a straw or the coffee roll that I ordered and I had to ask as they were walking away after handing me my drink (which was made wrong) I thought maybe it was a fluke at first because people have bad days but this store is absolute trash. I’m not sure what’s going on but I don’t see this store being open for very long. The employees are horrible and for some reason it’s too hard to put flavor syrups into a coffee cup. Someone’s also been putting like half a bag of cinnamon in the coffee rolls lately too so they’re dry and very unpleasant to eat, I might as well be doing the cinnamon challenge at this rate (iykyk)
- SSSam SineathAug 29, 20261.0I came in after school to get some donuts and chill but I was horrified by what I bought and what the employees do. Instead of buying donuts I just decided to get the “Snackin Bacon” which costs $1.00 and it is extremely ridiculous how much it costs to how much you get. You’ll get about 4-5 strips of bacon all bundled and tied together and that isn’t even the worst part. While sitting down on the chairs with the little table facing the counter and what I saw will make sure I never go to this Dunkin ever again. What I saw was an employee take a gulp of a customer’s drink and then set it on the counter to be taken. It had the same lid and everything. I encourage you to never go to this Dunkin ever again.
