One drink and one donut - "pull to the next window and wait for 10 minutes." This place is ridiculously slow. Also, stop putting sprinkles on the chocolate donut. It's supposed to be a chocolate donut, not a sprinkles donut.

- EDEric DJun 8, 20261.0Super disappointed! Stopped in at 5:55pm with my 5 year old son to get 1 donut. Before ordering, asked if they were still serving as the place was empty and the donuts were boxed up, although online and on the door it says they were open until 7p. They said yes. So we asked what donuts they had still and then they said no donuts available… meanwhile there were 8-10-12 boxes of them that they were “donating” sitting right in front of us. Just disappointed as we go often, asked if they were still servicing folks and had several (we were not picky on which one) that we were willing to purchase. Like the location of this place but will go out of my way to never go there again as they have lost my business. As a small business owner myself, I would never treat one of my customers this way. I don’t wish negative on anyone but that’s really bad customer service and I hope the owners can get this corrected before they go out of business.

Two wraps, I offered to pay whatever the difference was, but the girl I handed the bag to didn’t even look at the bag let alone want to “make it right” like it says on their window. I’m diabetic, I dose medication for food before I eat it and now I’m stuck not having the right order and clueless girls at the window. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I love dunkin but this place couldn’t have more inept people working.
