I’ve eaten it weekly nearly that whole time and even had them cater our wedding 10 years ago. It makes me sad that this location, by my house, is the worst I’ve ever been too and has been for years. They’re perpetually understaffed, often only putting one person on the front line. They’re almost always out of at least something and the staff doesn’t seem to care. These pictures show the condition of the restaurant on a MONDAY NIGHT!!! I love chipotle and seeing this long term neglect by management is really pathetic. Do better Chipotle!

I asked if they could cancel the order or issue a refund, but they said they couldn’t do either. Very disappointing customer service and a terrible experience overall. I expected much better from Chipotle. They would have stopped taking new mobile orders. Definitely one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this location.
