Gotta have top people during lunch rush. They don't have a sense of urgency (which is 85% of the reason to come here) Barely 2 people at once getting their food made. Cashier sits idle between orders. When I'm done paying my food is already backed up. This time I was done paying and I had to look at the guy before he backed my food (on his phone) I work downtown. Far cry from the arena district location (which is the best in the city) Update: tall skinny white guy with tats was on point. He was pushing the line forward.

Opened an hour late and only took takeout orders for the first hour. And when they finally let people in line, the line was out the door and workers were visibly and audibly negative about the presence of customers.

I walk in and they say there systems are down, no biggy I will order online.after placing my order the app told me it would be ready at 7:10 pm. The time came and my food was not ready we did not get the food till 7;30. Leaving the store I was like alright it’s okay they gave free drinks after a quick drive home I check my bag. I’m missing my Guacamole that I payed for I thought to myself oh well guess I will heat up some Kroger queso.then I opened my bowl, it was barley filled with anything and I was missing my sour cream and my pico. It just sucks knowing how good chipotle is when you get a good bowl during the day and tonight I did not get a good bowl. I guess I will be trying out quodoba. Overall in the end long story short NEVER ORDER CHUPOTLE ONLINE or you will not have a good rest of your day. Do better chipotle
