Instead, she went back to working the bar and texting on her phone. No manager came over to address the issue. Absolutely pathetic considering the place was practically empty.

I complained to the manager but he did not appear interested. BW3 used to be a decent restaurant but like many of the other reviews, it has gone downhill. Good to know there are other competitors.

We ordered the 6-piece lemon pepper wings, spicy fried chicken, and chicken wraps with fries. Both the wings and spicy chicken were completely dry, no juice at all, and barely edible. I really wanted to give this place another chance, but the quality and service just aren't there. They can and should do much better.
