  The food at this location is almost always wrong. Also, had a sausage egg mcmuffin today and it was NASTY. The bread was dry and tough, and the taste was completey off. We area always missing items in our orders as well...

  I stopped in a while back for a quick sandwich. I waited for someone to take my order, but the woman in the back yelled "Feel free to use the kiosk!". I felt free to use my two feet, and walked out. Very poor customer service.

  Very good at making a ton of mistakes and taking forever on orders just to make it wrong like if you’re gonna charge me extra you need to make it right. Awful management

  Horrible took 25 mins to get through the line in the drive thru & finally get my food and all the food was cold only thing warm was my Mac sauce which should've been cold very poor service I ask the lady what is taking so long she didn't even speak back do better west milton mc donalds ive never sat in a line that long ever at any other MC D location

  Worse McDonald's ever. Will not be going back. Order was only 2 cheeseburgers and medium fries. Sandwiches tasted so bad we had to throw away 1/2 of both. Fries cold and old tasting and not a full serving. It's always pull ahead and wait. Never see people working in there from the drive up windows. Definitely a waste of time and money.
