  We haven't been to Sonic or this location since we moved to the area 12 years ago. It was a huge disappointment then and now. We ordered last night and the food was horrible, fries and tots taste like they were cooked in chemicals and plastic, there is no way that the burgers are real beef, and the overall experience was bad. We ordered 6 meals on the app and checked in, the guy came out with our food, he missed all of the drinks and went back and forth 4 more times to finally bring them out overflowing and leaking down the cups. We have zero plans to ever return to this location let alone another sonics. What a complete let down.

  This Sonic restaurant has been our go-to after all of our Cincinnati reds ball games. Never been disappointed.

  Not sure where to even start, the ice-cream machine was down, slushie machine was down, but yet they had them advertised all over the screen so our friends daughter didn't understand why we couldn't get one since they were all over the order screen! We ended up ordering 3 drinks and they were so watered down we couldn't even drink them! We asked for lots of ketchup we had 4 meals, and they gave us 2 ketchup packs and our fries were overcooked and the hamburger we asked for ketchup only on had onions and something else on it!
