Don’t go to this sonic unless you wanna wait 25 minutes for cold food and the wrong order. From Canada and was on our way back home ( we tried other sonics and loved them so tried this one as we don’t have them in Canada) safe to say we will not ever be coming back. Waited 25 minutes when there was 2 other cars. They completely messed up the order (didn’t have time to wait back for another 25 mins) asked for no onions well I got onions and I’m allergic. The only thing I could eat was the fries and they were cold. The one other person cancelled there order and just straight up left. The workers inside laughed at that. Won’t ever be going to another sonic. Thanks for ruining the experience.

Terrible service, terrible food, and you'll wait forever for it. I highly recommend you avoid this restaurant.

They were very understaffed. We ordered through the app waited area station (like the app said too) for 25 min. Finally someone came on the speaker and said to go through drive through which was backed up bybat least 10 cars. Food was cold and and soggy because of the amount of time it had sat on a tray. Disappointing. There was only 2 people there and they were doing their best and never saw them get rude to customers. Hire more people.

Was in drive thru getting my order and the guy on the other end mumbled and his voice was barely heard I gave him my order and the whole time he didn’t say one word. I kept saying hello do you hear me hello still nothing! So I drive to the window and a different guy says did no one take your order? I told him the guy at the drive thru wasn’t speaking at all as if he didn’t even wanna be here. So the guy comes back and says ok let me take your order. I gave him my order and I ordered 4 meals. After waiting 10 min they hand me my meals and the fries were cold and old tasting and they only gave me 3 burgers and not 4. Worst crappy customer service ever and food was cold and horrible
