  We have been coming to this restaurant since moving to West Chester in 2013, but after my recent experience, I see why others have left low reviews—serious changes need to happen here. We placed an online pickup order, and when we got home, we noticed several sides were missing. I didn't care much about the missing fries, but since I really wanted the Smash Tots, I drove back to the restaurant to get them. When I originally picked up the order, the employee (a woman with yellow and red hair) was already in a bad mood—likely the same employee mentioned in other negative reviews. When I explained that my tots were missing, she immediately began yelling and cursing at the kitchen staff to hand her "some f***ing Smash Tots" because she "didn't have time to be f***ing arguing." The behavior and hostility were extremely disappointing, and I hated feeling accused of coming back just to scam a free side. The burgers were fine, but the Smash Tots were super greasy and not worth the hassle. After over a decade of loyal patronage, this was by far our worst experience. Until management addresses these customer service and staff issues, we will be taking our business elsewhere - I honestly don't trust them with our food anymore.

  Stopped in tonight while in from outside of town with my family. All 4 of us ordered something different and ill say EVERYTHING was great. Not a bad experience from being welcomed in, the guy at the register was super polite and accommodating and food being brought to us. We will definitely come back each time we're here. 2 thumbs up

  Lady with the yellow ponytail is very rude and should not work in a customer service environment. Half the 5 orders were wrong, but in the guys defense that took our order might not have heard us correctly over the night club level of music volume. Food is good when you get it right. Come at lunch time we have never had an issue here but dinner time not so great.

  After a 3.5 hour drive, stopped here for dinner at 9:20 when the restaurant closes at 10. The employees told us it was too late for us to place an order. Ended up going to Shake Shack Mason and the burgers there were amazing so I’m not even mad. Even though we were turned away, staff was nice about it and they were cleaning so the place looked well take care of.
