  Despite being extremely busy, my waiter made me feel like I was his only customer and kept checking in. The food was great and the atmosphere was lively.

  I'm going to give grace and chalk up the manager assuming that the complaining guest was the two black females without looking at what table she should have been going to...what I'm not going to give grace for is the waitress who badgered my party to order and then never came back when we asked for time to enjoy our adult beverages and appetizer. I had just signed up for their rewards program where you get a free blooming onion and we ordered drinks to go along with it. I will say it got busy and there was a rush right after that. However we were still waiting to order food after the guest from the rush had LEFT. We never ended up getting food and the business lost out of revenue as we had planned to truly enjoy the experience with cost not being an issue. Do better Outback. And tell your managers and staff to check their assumptions at the door. No one was there for the free, extremely overfried blooming onion and brown bread. Was very disappointed.

  For me the smile is first thing introducing the restaurant, the waitres was super nice and his service was 10/10 he deserved 5 🌟 thank you so much, food was 5 🌟 all staff 5 🌟 , thank you for birthday song and everything you did for us. love you guys.

  So lately, Outback seemed like a good idea for a change. But the same bartender who talks all the time about her wedding. Did not tonight, thank goodness.. Took forever to wait on us, then had an attitude when I asked for a Red Blend wine...showed me the bottles behind her for Cabernets....Slow to serve, had attitude when my husband poured his beer in ice.....Never has that been an issue, but tonight she chose to tell us company policy why not the other times we have been there...married 40 years, he has done it all the time. We, for over 20 years, have shared a meal seemed to have an attitude over that....Had to ask for an extra plate....Bottom line, she knows better and was not at her best.... too busy cleaning the bar area to close shop and not acknowledging the paying customer...4 employees shooting the bull because nothing else to do.....When does Outback become the next closed Fridays because customer service and politeness have gone out the door? No more gift certificates for me to buy my clients if this is the service. Slooooow service. only 4 other tables at 8:00 ...ambiance was at a minimum... need to work on this...or your doors will close...

  Food not good. Waitress made excuses why food came out at different times. Talk to the manager and was told that a cook called off. The waitress should have said something up front, which most customers would have not had a problem. Was not transparent.
