  Good food overall, but head to head I prefer texas roadhouse on everything but the blooming onion.

  I get well done steak. Most places burn it or its so dry. It was definitely top steak ive had. Our waitress was great.

  Kayla michael moi and I believe his name was seth. Excellent customer service.The bathrooms had soap.The parking lots had parking , and the walls were decorated with beautiful art. My only qualm was that for a seating of six , we were pretty cramped up. I like being close to my family , but they were complaining about legroom. Beautiful people out there in westchester , really love that outback you gotta check it out.

  Been coming here and specifically this location for several months now due to my homelessness and wanting food close to my own cooking. It started off good like most things, but in the last 2 weeks I have gotten a burnt on the outside raw on the inside sirloin steak, and just now, the same thing with my chopped steak. It’s getting fixed, but ths is a waste of my time, especially since I am famished! Things, most of time, are presented looking thrown around and carelessly prepared. I get it. I seriously do- but having worked at restaurants when it gets stupid busy- and having had to run a store myself- it’s a must, especially around food, to really care. Everything here, and just ab everywhere- is lacking the cleanliness of the restaurant, the glass, when I come in, the restrooms are filthy. It’s a job- it was MY job, and it is YOUR job to be able to delegate someone constantly to these tasks. I, frankly, just don’t get how these places are getting business like they are, ppl are lazy & wont cook I guess, but my homelessness will be ending soon and there is a long list of restaurants I will not be visiting again! PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO STOP GOING TO THE RESTROOM IN THEIR APRON!!!!!!!!

  Almost every meal we have is at home because we’re usually dissatisfied with food or service while we’re out. This was a huge exception. My bf has had a gift card for quite a while so we decided to stop at the W. Chester Outback, Saturday evening. Omgosh, it was better than anything we could have prepared at home, so we were delighted. The only complaint is how cold air blows straight down on customers, that made it hard to be comfortable enough to really enjoy the experience. Our server, I unfortunately can’t remember her name but she has a Grateful Dead tat on her left forearm, was incredible. She is the absolute best waitress we have had in years! This review is more of a shout out to her!! Excellent food and excellent service, Thank You!
