The manager came out and asked what was wrong, etc. She offered me a new one, which also came out 5-10 minutes later very rare. She agreed with me. The third time was acceptable but still not what I would call medium rare. I've never sent a steak back anywhere and very rarely ask for food to be send back or taken off the bill in general. The manager did give us a free dessert for the inconvienence, but that was it. My partner was done eating by the time I got my steak, so I put most of it in a box. Out waiter, Cohen, was excellent. Very personable and did everything he could to help us.
- AWAmayel WoneJun 7, 20261.0the togo team is disrespectful. i just picked up a doordash order and 2 of the workers were laughing at me. if you’re going to laugh at your customers, at least do it in secrecy. this experience puts a bad taste in my mouth and makes me disinterested in eating at this specific location.
