  If there was zero, rating that would be more accurate, AVOID, there are a bunch of kids playing around in there, can't take an order correctly, food is cold after waiting an extended longer than normal time,manager tried but was lackadaisical with a confrontational approach with me as I told her the compliant. She could not control staff. Cook was not accommodating and argued with mgr, in front of customers and took long and was throwing things in back and condiments, unbelievable 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  Only got about half the items I paid for. When I asked the employee how can we fix it, was told to get back in the drive thru line and order what I was missing. I ordered two four piece happy meals with milk, instead was charged for two 4 piece nuggets, but didn’t even get the nuggets in the bag, I also paid for a McDouble that was not in the bag. Essentially was cheated out of $10 or so. Have been to this locations dozens of times and they mess up about every other visit, but this is the final straw for me. We will not be coming back to this location again.

  I'd give zero if I could. Ordered curbside, waited 20+ minutes. Walk in to see what's up. Tell employee hanging around at the counter that I've been waiting over 20 minutes for a steak egg and cheese bagel. Employee just says they're understaffed and doesn't know. At this point I've seen multiple lines of drive through cars go and can see the employee making food just fine in the back. Asked to see a manager so I could get a refund. Neither employee nor manager came to talk to me. Left because I was already late for work.

  They have messed my order up multiple times but that’s fine and I never complained because I don’t care that much. It’s McDonald’s it happens. What I do care about is the girl at the drive thru who is so miserable she can’t stand doing her job. She needs to be fired or go somewhere else and definitely NOT in any customer service role. The manager not the owner told me they have had multiple talks with her and clearly nothing is going to change. She’s lucky I have a real job and she’s not worth me getting in trouble. But I know she wouldn’t act that way outside of work because she would get dragged. She’s going to be rude to the wrong person and get pulled out that window. The worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. & that says a lot because again it’s McDonald’s.

  I get it: it's mcdonalds not jags. But this place is poorly run, poorly staffed, and poorly maintained. First, when grabbing me a cup instead of beinging it over, the front worker waived it at me like a pet toy. It took forever to come out and when it did the food was wrong. On top of it, when I went to get a drink the fountains are hooked up wrong, the ice maker is rusted, and the tea was left open with the lid not being put back on. While some of this is staffing and employee driven, some of this makes me think the health department needs to add this to its inspection list.
