  The manager was so rude, she dropped multiple orders that people paid for with their hard earned money, she acts like she does not see someone standing in the front register and continues walking away ignoring customers, she also rings people up for things they did not order, she slams items and always has an attitude when my family and I come to eat. Something needs to be done

  This location is supposed to be open 24 hours. I’ve tried to come through there three times this Week on my way to work and they’ve not been open

  “I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff at this location. The situation nearly escalated into an argument. I approached an employee for assistance because I was unable to obtain a receipt for my order. However, the woman informed me that the system was closed. Despite the fact that I had already placed my order, she repeatedly insisted that it was closed and refused to assist me. Additionally, her attitude and the way she looked at me felt disrespectful and dismissive. Shortly afterward, my order was prepared and brought out anyway. I took my order and left, but I found the level of customer service to be extremely poor and unprofessional.”

  A women who I believed was a manager during the morning shift was very rude when my daughter had ordered her breakfast. She ordered two things at the drive thru, but noticed that they didn't ring up her second item. When she asked about it the manager (older Hispanic women who looked to be in her 40s) was very rude about it and said that we didn't order it and it was never on the order so we were just out of luck. My daughter said that she ordered it at the drive-thru and was trying to pay for it, and the manager just said we would have to go around and walked away. Didn't make any effort to help and had a very nasty attitude in general. Don't put your frustrations of your life onto your customers.

  Visited this McDonalds on our road trip down south from Ohio. Stopped in the morning, early enough to still have breakfast serving. Traveling with kids, ya KNOW they get ansy in the car on long drives. Just seeing a Playplace brings a sigh of relief for me so I can let them relieve energy! Yeah the wife was upset at me for stopping, pff my sanity needed it. Only reason for a 4 star though was it was early enough in the morning that there was not a flood of people around, and yet the ground was still sticky leading into the Playplace area, which there is phenominal seating space. Most typically have 2 or 3 tables but this had more benches and floor space to spare! If YOU'RE driving around the area and want they sigh of relief with little ones on the car, stop by, grab a coffee or apple pie, and let the kids be kids. Make memories, cause if they are like mine, they'll tell ya the Playplace was the best part of their whole week trip 😆
