- KSKunwar dev SinghOct 4, 20263.0We have come here two times now. Both times, the experience with service was not good. At first, we came here for bowling. We got 60 minutes and were given an alley, but with only 9 minutes in it. When we reached out to someone from the team, they took a lot of time to adjust, and when they came over, they told us to switch lanes and then start the time at 51 mins. We even told them that we are interested in some food, but nobody came to take our order at our alley. Second time, we went only for Arcade, but when we were gng to get the card, they system crashed. We went to the ticketing area, and wanted to get the card, they did not have the same upgrades like they were showing us at the kiosk. I am not even sure if I would even come here again.
- CKCaleb KiddOct 3, 20261.0They said all you could play was for Arcade games but didn’t give us a card and when we asked they said it wasn’t for the arcade and told us it was only for bowling which had a two hour wait and the ropes course had an hour wait
- AFAlyx FieldsOct 3, 20262.0Customer service leaves a lot to be desired; we've had significant issues two years in a row as we've hosted work event there. Will not be returning next year.
- RWRachel WegnerSep 6, 20263.0I took my family here for bowling. We paid and played for an hour. It was overall cleaner than most alleys. However, our aisle hasn't been bussed yet and the pin picker-upper would not pick up pins occasionally and would call a spare when a ball was rolled at nothing. I'm glad we were there more just for fun than keeping points. You can set the bumpers for individuals, which is nice and the ball ramps for kiddos were dinosaurs, which was super fun for a kiddo a few aisles over. You can select a theme for your game which thrilled my 7yo! When our game was over, we were considering whether to begin a new game and, looking at our receipt, it showed that we had entered the alley a while before we actually had. We had arrived at 1:26 and the receipt was stamped for 12:45. Just something to check if you're paying for time. I told the people at the register, but I'm not thinking they changed it. My son has a blast, so...good times, but I can't give 5 stars for the things mentioned above.
