To make a long story less long. We were profiled by the bagger "Cedrick". Once we checked out and was leaving the bagging area, he said " Kroger is trying a new program where employees follow customers to their cars in order to collect their carts so the new customers can have carts." My husband told me let's just go. We started waking out and Cedrick followed behind. On our way out, two employees were pushing in carts we had to stop because they blocked the doors. I said aloud "why are you following us when it's people already bringing in carts." He ignored me.
Once I got home I called the store twice and no one answered. I then called corporate. I explained what happened. My account was looked up to verify my story that we actually shopped in the store I'm guessing. I was told there's no said program and Kroger doesn't ask any of their employees to follow customers. At that time I filed a complaint. Haven't heard anything back and it's been over a week. This was my first and last time ever stepping in this store.

Recently remodeled, has good light and lots of room for cart navigation. Parking is a bit wonky (limited and congested), but perhaps will be resolved when they finish the remodel.
Good produce section. Clean restrooms. In-store Starbucks has lots of seating.

I love the size of this particular Marketplace location. This is probably the biggest I've been in so far. I gave a review of the unhappy lady who works at the deli at the other West Chester Marketplace location. I decided to give this deli a shot, and unfortunately not a good experience. There was an older lady and a younger guy working behind the counter. I was the only person in line, and while they BOTH saw that I was standing in there, neither one acknowledged me. They just continued on with whatever they were doing. I stood there for at least 4 minutes. Sure, I could've said "hi, excuse me..", but only if their backs were turned and they didn't see me. But they both saw me standing there and ignored me. So I just walked away. I'll give the deli another chance on my next visit, and maybe I'll have better luck.

No Boars Head. Wth? No self ordering kiosk at the deli like at Harpers Point. Why in the world would you build a new store without them. No one wants to stand in line & wait when you can place your order at a kiosk finish shopping & pick up your deli order. We will continue to shop at Harpers.

I have lived in Westchester Ohio all my life and I am 36 years old and I loved the original Kroger the new Kroger is only been open since June the 6th I have not even walked through the doors and I honestly don't intend to it is way too big it's called a convenience store for convenience on top of that the fact that you have to walk 10 mi just to get your groceries and gas now I can't go in a store that smaller see friendly faces from your staff that has worked there forever speak to them have a good atmosphere and know exactly where I'm going to get my groceries instead it's like a guessing check type system and then you're just wondering around forever I think it's a dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life the biggest waste of money because you guys just redid the store a few years back and said that you weren't going to change it on top of that because I do live about a half a mile away from the store I tried to call the deli today at the new store nobody answered I tried to call customer service nobody answered I spent 15 minutes doing this so guess what I hope you enjoy your billion-dollar debt because I won't have anything to do with your store I'm only going to shop at sharonville they answered the phone in 2 seconds and I don't have to walk 20 miles for my stuff it's actually sad what you guys have done to your store in the community You've taken the heart and the friendliness and the personality out of the experience and just made it another mainstream event
