  I absolutely love the new place! The only issues I had with was customer service. They had me wait for it for the room for over 27 minutes and still never showed up so I put the stuff away. Maybe they can fix that in the future. I absolutely adore the new place! The only issue I encountered was with the customer service. They made me wait for a fitting room for over 27 minutes, and they never showed up. So, I decided to put my belongings away. Hopefully, they can address this issue in the future.

  8 PM on Saturday night. Plenty of self serve check outs. Only a few open and 15 to 18 people waiting in line. No manager in sight. Open more when busy !

  This wack store is using digital tags (dynamic pricing) but that’s not what irked me. Their “discount” pricing is straight up manufactured and dishonest. Check your receipts and take photos of whatever you see discounted “while” you shop. You will be shocked at how much you don’t realize they’re over charging. EVEN NEWS OUTLETS ARE REPORTING THIS. Their tags don’t accurately match what is shown at checkout with your Kroger ID even when you hit “Pay Now.” I shopped at this location for years when I was in my 20’s and am a chill dude who minds his business. I Loved the staff and my late night shenanigans here. This no longer feels like the neighborhood Kroger I knew and Loved. It feels like I cannot be trusted to do anything, on my own and without interference. The checkout camera was convinced I didn’t return an item to the bag. It fell on the floor from the bagging area. That’s all it took to trip this A.I crap. Self checkout should not take longer than the TSA. I am NEVER shopping at this branch again. My whole family is going to Costco. Wack corporate store this has become. And my favorite Chinese restaurant was torn down for this? Heck to the no. Done.

  Love this fall arrangement! 🍁 The colors are beautiful, warm, and vibrant. It instantly made my space feel cozy and ready for fall. So pretty in person — I absolutely love it! ❤️

  I needed 4 things and I am unable to buy what I need because your shelves aren’t stocked. I can see the empty space where things should be, but there is nothing is there. What’s the point of building a big new store then leaving the shelves empty?Fire whoever runs this store. You all are incompetent.
