    Very disappointed with my regular size Totally Tuna. The customizations of no lettuce, no tomato, and no cucumber were executed perfectly. I did not check the box to “leave bread in” so I expected they would take the bread out. Unfortunately, when I got home with my sandwich, I found that they did not take the bread out, so I had to do it myself. I also found that they barely put any tuna on my sandwich. The amount of tuna on my regular sized original was less than I’ve had on a slim tuna in the past. The service was prompt and friendly, but the sandwich making was a major disappointment.

    Ordered catering from here for our team appreciation week at work. They had it completed when I arrived, and it was packaged neatly and appealing. The sandwiches were amazing and I was delighted since this was my first time eating Jimmy Johns! It was very reasonably priced for the quality of food I received. Will definitely order from here again, well worth every penny!

    Ordered a turkey tom sandwich and the quality of the turkey was so thick. When I called they said this is normal but it doesn’t resemble deli sliced turkey at all. It was so chunky I couldn’t eat it.

    Very unprofessional staff. They mumble when asking what you want and struggle to communicate. While they were making my food they had their cell phone on the counter right by the food on an active Facebook video chat with someone giggling and commenting on what they were doing. Very unsanitary behavior and rude

    Placed an order for delivery online. No delivery came after 50 minutes. We called the store, they said they had no drivers. We offered to pick up our food but the person on the phone was completely confused by the idea of us coming to get it and them removing the delivery fee and tip. Once the food arrived 20 minutes later, one of the sandwiches was wrong and we did not get a drink we ordered. Very disappointing, not freaky fast.
