  Ordered catering from here for our team appreciation week at work. They had it completed when I arrived, and it was packaged neatly and appealing. The sandwiches were amazing and I was delighted since this was my first time eating Jimmy Johns! It was very reasonably priced for the quality of food I received. Will definitely order from here again, well worth every penny!

  Ordered a turkey tom sandwich and the quality of the turkey was so thick. When I called they said this is normal but it doesn’t resemble deli sliced turkey at all. It was so chunky I couldn’t eat it.

  Very unprofessional staff. They mumble when asking what you want and struggle to communicate. While they were making my food they had their cell phone on the counter right by the food on an active Facebook video chat with someone giggling and commenting on what they were doing. Very unsanitary behavior and rude

  Placed an order for delivery online. No delivery came after 50 minutes. We called the store, they said they had no drivers. We offered to pick up our food but the person on the phone was completely confused by the idea of us coming to get it and them removing the delivery fee and tip. Once the food arrived 20 minutes later, one of the sandwiches was wrong and we did not get a drink we ordered. Very disappointing, not freaky fast.
