- RRRonika Rockett2 days ago3.0I've noticed a trend at most Chipotle locations. Busy or regular flow of customers, I mostly find that my bowl is slopped together and messy. Today my daughter and I went to the Union Center Chipotle and both our bowls were made sloppy with a massive amount of rice leaving little room for the rest of the ingredients. We both asked for extra sour cream and we were met with attitude. I asked the staff to drain the tomatoes before putting in my bowl and was met with attitude again. Lastly, I asked for a large bag of chips, they didn't have large bags ready made. I watch the staff combine 2 small bags into a large bag, which was fine. When I started eating the chips as I drove home, I realized the chips were stale 😔. I wish we didn't have this experience.

Literally the only people in there eating ( i can 100% see why) and theres a ton of staff just standing there chit chatting it up. If i was running this place id be ashamed and embarrassed.

Nothing wrong with the workers in terms of friendliness and service but I would definitely would go to another chipotle in terms of food quality and taste

- ADaliyah doerrApr 11, 20261.0Came after a dance and it was completely unsanitary and disgusting. The trash was pilled high, tables dirty, no lids, nothing restocked. Customer service - they didn't say a word and they looked miserable. We asked for more corn and guac, and they didn't say anything. Then more guac came. Unprofessional work environment, maybe under the influence. One worker was muttering to himself while we were ordering. Unacceptable for a franchise. The shift manager was in his office, not cleaning. Crazy bad.
