- ASAllison Spenceri2 days ago1.0This place is an absolute joke. Just stood in there for almost 20 minutes with only 6 people in front of me. No urgency, employees standing all over. This is not a unique experience, it happens every time on there. On top of that, my burrito was not even closed. Ridiculous.
- WLWill L3 days ago1.0This Chipotle location is extremely disappointing, and the cleanliness and food-handling practices are seriously concerning. After reading several other reviews, it’s sad to see that so many customers have expressed similar concerns. I have personally witnessed unsanitary conditions, including employees cutting meat while looking at their phones, handling food without gloves, and overflowing garbage. It’s disappointing that management has seemingly failed to address these issues. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable ordering food from this location, especially knowing that customers cannot see what goes on behind the doors where employees retrieve items like chips later in the evening. Food safety and cleanliness should be top priorities at any restaurant, especially one serving the public. These conditions are unacceptable and raise serious concerns about how food is being handled and prepared. I strongly believe the Health Department needs to visit this location and conduct a thorough inspection. Customers deserve better, and management needs to take these concerns seriously before someone potentially becomes ill.
