The chicken was not fresh and barely cooked to the point of not crunching and the bun was clearly stale. Truly disappointing but I will not be returning to this location.

The food overall was very tasty, as it always is, but my waffle fries were cold, they were in pieces and I simply wanted new fries that were not in piece were whole, as they should be, and fresh. However, when I went to the manager, Maddie, she had an attitude and we got into a verbal disagreement and REFUSED to fix the issue, or make it right for me, so a wonderful gentleman by the name of Patrick made it right for me and had to give me a coupon to make up for the managers incompetence and disrespect. He has been in customer service much longer than me and he made sure to make it right for me. It is really a shame that a manager at a CHRISTIAN ran franchise organization engages in fights with customers over something as petty as a container of fries. That is what, a $3 issue? And she only gave me a small, instead of a medium, due the fact that I already ate just a few fries out of the container that I took back? I mean, I had to taste if the fries were any good and they were not, but yet she holds that against me, and that was ridiculous in itself. That is egregious and preposterous. What she did was unethical and nearly caused a hostile environment. I realize that everyone has their bad days, but even then, this is just very unacceptable and wrong what her actions were. She should be reprimanded for her refusal to properly solve an issue with a customer and for arguing with me as a valuable customer to Chick-Fil-A's business. If the altercation would have escalated, I would have definitely went to the corporate office and I still might. What Maddie displayed was very unprofessional and inappropriate behavior for ANY position as a customer service associate for Chick-Fil-A, or any business that deals with customers. In my opinion, she is not mature enough for that position and needs to be disciplined. I may, or may not come back to this location, unless changes are made managerial wise. Do better Chick-Fil-A.

I understand helping the customer is key here, however, the store cleanliness suffers badly and not just this location or Chik fil A, but just anywhere anymore! I worked at a place for several yrs where cleanliness & customer service are equally important… so I know it can be done. It has to be done consistently & all of these places are lacking severely. D asi many people on one shift- someone should be out handling cleaning at ALL times. If all glass , bathrooms, and tables are dirty, how is the cleanliness handling my food? Sometimes I don’t even like to go in a restaurant especially before eating my food! I just know none of these restaurants are getting my business once I secure a place where I know my hands & the areas where I prepare my food are clean!
