The nuggets were extremely hard, very overcooked, and honestly looked like they had been sitting way too long. This seems to only happen at this location because I’ve never had this issue at other Chick-fil-A restaurants. Really hoping they improve their food quality and consistency because this experience was not good at all. Very friendly staff though! Let’s do better West Chester Civic Center!

- MMMoniqueApr 30, 20261.0They still need a lot of training here. Got a Cobb salad and looks like it was just threw together. Plus it was the amount of a side salad for the entree salad, at other locations my salad is packed to the lid looking nice and fresh. Got cookies and they were hard as bricks. The lemonade doesn’t taste the same as the other locations for some reason, had to come home and mix it with another juice.
