  I stopped at the drive-thru around 2:20pm on a Sunday. My order was taken efficiently, if unenthusiastically. I got to the window and paid. But I was asked to pull out of line to wait by a post. I assume it was since at least one item would take some time to cook. I say assume because no actual explanation was given. I noticed the car in front of me was likewise pulled and at least one after me as well, so it seemed to be a regular practice at that time. I pulled out at 223 before I realized I didn't get my drink, so I made a mental note to make sure to ask when the delivery was made. That ended up being unnecessary because I went into the building to ask about my order at 2:33 after waiting for 9-10 minutes and seeing someone who ordered after me get food and drive away. I got all my items, including the drink cup. To the shift leader/manager's credit, she apologized and I heard direction given to ensure drinks are given when vehicles are pulled and that pulled vehicle orders are prioritized. Overall, the food was good. I gave a 2nd star instead of just one on service since there was accountability.

  The food was good I had the beef and cheddar sandwich with curly fries it took a while about 15 minutes the lady who took our order yesterday was so nice just a very long wait it’s still a well serving Arby’s

  I went through the drive-thru on April 4th at 7:00 p.m.. I was told they didn't have enough roast beef to make a half pound sandwich. I thought this was Arby's and they have the meat. What a joke of an Arby's. Corporate needs to shut down this store.
