  We came here with an event with Children's hospital. The atmosphere was chill and they had a rafil and was so fun. Really enjoyed the night!

  Had a great time hitting some balls, chatting with people and enjoying the general atmosphere. I'm a terrible golfer but Top Golf makes it enjoyable. Food was delicious and service was friendly and prompt.

  Seems like alot of apologies online with invites back to "make it right". How about correcting and training after the first compaint? 1 person posting represents 100's that did not bother. PLEASE CORRECT, we loved coming here! Its dirty, (grab the towel and spray), with inattentive servers, (last 3 visits we've had to go find them), offers on their monitors that are not honored and bay attendents missing. Going downhill fast!

  My brother thought he was doing a kind thing by booking a reservation online for our family to celebrate my birthday this weekend, but he forgot to fill in the section for Accessibility Accommodations. Once the reservation was made and he passed on the details to me, I asked if he included a request to ensure we get a couch bay because I have issues with my lower back and legs and can't sit on stools. We tried to update this reservation online like they indicated on the confirmation email, and there's no option to write in a request. Furthermore, when I tried to call twice, the first time I was placed on hold by the virtual assistant who claimed to be transferring me to the West Chester location - I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes with no one actually picking up the phone. The second time I called, I was placed on hold again, then finally someone answered, but said the bay assignments are automated and they can't guarantee our party would get a couch bay - regardless of my physical disability and need for accessible seating. His "solution" to this issue was to either have my brother cancel the reservation and re-submit (thus incurring another charge) or show up at least 30 minutes before and we "might" get accommodated. This is completely unacceptable in 2026 for companies to not have something like this figured out for people with disabilities. And why are you offering a spot for accessibility accommodations if your practice is to not accommodate anything because everything's automated?! Topgolf, do better. I won't be coming back though.

  Manager said the 20 all you can play till 3 was actually 20 an hour not 20 till 3, which doesn’t make sense since the rate at the time is 19. Also had the waitress say the same thing in spite of other staff members agreeing with me. It’s a shame being talked down to by people who clearly know less then you let alone being improperly trained. Also wouldn’t look at the website or on app promotion. Food good tho
