Well it’s 8 AM and it’s not on very upset. Was going to get donuts for my coworkers today so much for that. If your heat lamps are supposed to be on, why are they not on? I’m confused?

The online ordering feature is useless if the store and app aren’t synced. On the top of that, their “Guest Care” team is unresponsive and sends automated emails that don’t address the issue. Poor experience all around.
