  The lady who took my order was kind and wished me a happy birthday however my lettuce wrap was gross. I was served bad lettuce. Didn’t realize until I got home unfortunately and ended up throwing it away.

  Ordered sandwiches for delivery, food was brought to me within 10 minutes, tasted dam good and the delivery driver was awsome.

  Terrible service and very disrespectful and rude manager, Daniel!!! Will never go here again! I have ordered from this location many times with no issues. Today was different. I placed an online order and had a complaint about an item. I called and spoke with the manager Daniel. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. All he did was make excuses and NOT resolve the issue. I asked for his manager and was given another store to call and told Mr Dibel would be there. I called the Blue Ash store and was told by their manager Drew, that his boss was not there. I asked for a corporate number and was told , he didn’t have one and if I could find it I could call. Rude and disrespectful from both managers. I will never order from here again!!!

  Food is okay when I ask for extra sauce.They never put it on sandwiches.Can be really dry sometimes. This is the slowest, jimmy johns.I have ever been too. I cannot even go to them on my lunch break. Because I spend more than half of my time in line. And that's only with three in line. On top of them being so slow, they have the rudest customer service at this location. Not saying anything to me in particularl, I didn't complain about anything. However, they just do not look happy and seem annoyed that i'm here.
