  Went to this location to order drinks for the jackpot limited edition Keychain. Waited in line for 30 minutes and was told they were out. Then we pull up and see a box with about 6 key chains. We proceed to see a worker there take 2 and give them to their friends. Then the other worker only gave us 1 key chain when we ordered 4 drinks and told us they were low and couldn't give out more than 1 key chain. Not sure why they were saying they were out when they still had some and some workers there were playing favorites with the key chains. Not going back to this location as the ones in Loveland in Florence are better customer service wise.

  Everyone was so kind and friendly. Ordered their iced white chocolate mocha and sweet & salty and the taste was really great. Would go there again to try more drinks.

  My drinks are literally ALWAYS wrong. Given this place about 10 chances and it's never improved. Always wrong.

  Amazing coffee with something for everyone. Staff is always smiling and the atmosphere is so fun! Wish we had more stands in OH! If you’re on the fence… try a banana bread blondie and thank me later 😋
