  7 Brew absolutely knocks it out of the park! From the incredible drinks to the outstanding customer service, every visit is such a great experience! The staff is always upbeat, friendly, and genuinely seems to love what they do. Even when the line is long, they keep things moving with a smile and positive energy. The drinks are consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is contagious! It’s refreshing to see a business that puts so much emphasis on customer service. 7 Brew has definitely earned a loyal customer! ☕❤️

  Just a heads up, was told today for any BOGO you must asked for BOGO pricing. You will not be refunded otherwise. News to me. Very weird to have to ask for a deal that is based upon store promos related to sports.

  I will keep going here. However today I went there (around 2:50pm) and tried to use the new coupons that got mailed to our house recently (in the last week or 2) and was told when I got there that they expired last week and that this location has been open too long for it to work? I tried to tell the cashier/barista that it said it expired October 27th and she said "Yeah we stopped accepting them last week." It makes no sense. I didn't wanna push it cause there was a line but I don't understand how that's acceptable. I also have struggled at this location with half sweet drinks not being half sweet. Today they seemed to make them correctly but it's frustrating.

  The drinks are of course fantastic! But I did have one complaint. I was here 9/30/26 (Wednesday) around 4:15 pm and this lovely woman took my order and did it fantastically. Her coworkers however, were giving her attitude and actively yelling at her infront of customers. This made me sad because she wasn’t doing anything wrong. The behavior her coworkers had towards her was disgusting.

  Disappointing Order I ordered two coffees and two smoothies, and unfortunately, none of the drinks turned out the way I expected. The coffees and smoothies were very watery and didn’t have the flavors I ordered. I also specifically requested sugar-free, but that request was not followed. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to the drinks, especially after ordering four. Hopefully the team can pay closer attention to the requested flavors and customizations, because the drinks were not enjoyable this time.
