  I haven’t left a fast food restaurant review since I was a teenager, but I have probably never in my 28 years of life interacted with more uneducated and unintelligent people than at this location. I don’t even mean that as an insult, I just don’t know how else to describe it. PLEASE train your week day night time staff (or whoever was there on 5/4 at least) and general manager because they didn’t even know how orders in their own system work or comprehend how the app works. As a MANAGER, just repeating “its policy” when even a customer knows that isn’t accurate is really embarrassing. Why do I know more about your job than you do? They thought I was a dasher when I was picking up MY OWN order… and reprimanded me for “not marking it as pickup.” …… The customer can’t “mark” that, you literally just place the order and PICK IT UP. 💀💀💀 The man at the drive through (who was acting as if this was his life on the line) didn’t even know the meaning of plain words in the English language and was literally arguing with me about how DoorDash works. Never have I seen someone so CONFIDENTLY wrong. The general manager also “had no way to prove it was my food” despite the order being ON MY PHONE…. in MY HAND. I understand there aren’t high qualifications needed but can we employ people who can function on a basic level? The second hand embarrassment is on a different level on this one.

  Food was right on. Fresh hot and delicious. Jackson Taco Bell never get our orders right but the store in wellston gets it right every time and it’s always hot. When I went In there two days ago it was very welcoming they said hello with a smile on there faces not one of them was rude. Deff will be going back to this store only

  Absolutely satisfied. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. My food is always fresh & hot. Wellston location is by far the best TB I enjoy coming too. Love that they are always getting new food items to try.

  Im literally a almost daily customer that spends at least 20$ a trip!!!! I mentioned that the seasoned rice (portions) was being shorted and was recently acknowledged being correct!!! 2 scoops not one!!!! And yet again here we are!!!! Trying to be kind and civil but as a daily customer?? I demand a refund or something made right!!!! Beyond livid paying max price and given small portions!!!!!
