  I understand everyone has different experiences but in my personal opinion, this is my 2nd favorite location ever! My drink is always delicious and made correctly. My food is always hot and fresh. The donuts are always fresh. The staff is always so friendly and on top of things. This location and the Carrollton location are my favorite.

  If I could rate 0 stars just for one employee I would. I stopped through the drive thru after placing a mobile order on Mother’s Day with my son in the car. I was told to stop at the first window and there was no one there. I waited about 1 minute before going up to the second window because there weren’t any cars in front of me. There was a woman with white hair and glasses that opened the window and said “what’s wrong?” I said “nothing I was just picking up a mobile order” I was very polite and she said “it’s at the first window” and I said “I know, there just wasn’t anyone back there” again, I’m being very polite with a smile, she then said “so?” and shut the window in my face. I was so shocked and couldn’t believe what just happened. I was speechless as she just looked at me through the window. I drove back around to the first window and found out her name is Valerie. I was embarrassed and speechless. I was literally crying grabbing my drinks. I used to work in several food service places before my current career, I understand it can be overwhelming sometimes but like I said, I was extremely polite as I usually am, and I was the only one in line.

  Our hash browns were cold and the bagels for the sandwiches were overdone. Not great for our first order. Not sure there's is going to be another.
