  Pizza Hut uses Door Dash for delivery, they don't have their own drivers and it's a headache to rectify anything with them! My boyfriend tried to order us dinner tonight and have it delivered. We were really looking forward to it but our dasher texted us saying someone stole our order and the store was refusing to remake it. We ordered on the app and was expecting a worker to come not someone from Door Dash. He contacted the store and the store said we needed to call Door Dash to have them remake it. We called Door Dash and they said all they can do on their end is cancel the order and we would have to call Pizza Hut customer service for them to remake it. We called Pizza Hut customer service and the automated system said to use the chat feature online to speak to someone directly. We do so and all the customer support was able to do was send a complaint. After being given the run around and over an hour later trying to figure it out, we got no where. No one was helpful so we are taking our business elsewhere. Companies shouldn't be using Door Dash and Door Dash needs to get their shit together. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!

  Stopped by on my way to Columbus and wanted to get a personal pan pizza. The gentlemen who greeted me at the counter said he'd get someone to take my order (on the computer). Whoever he talked to, told him to tell me "it's gonna be a 40 min wait"...instead of the person coming to place my order!!! Basically they told me they didn't even CARE/WANT to put my order in! Fine. Never will be back since you don't want to place my order🤷‍♀️🤬🤷‍♀️🤬

  Take out so atmosphere was good & pick up was easy- ordered via APP & Paid in store- very friendly

  The girl at the counter was so helpful and offered to help carry my large order to my truck.

  Oh my gosh! My pizza was good, but why in the world do you outsource the people that take the orders. I called 3 times before I could get someone I could barely understand. I refuse to do Go through this again!
